ACAP Family Planning - Provides family planning and reproductive health services at ACAP Family Planning sites in Presque Isle, Fort Kent, Houlton and on a limited basis in Caribou.

• Wellness exams for women
• Limited services for men
• Birth control methods
• Screening, testing and treatment for common for sexually transmitted infections
• Education and guidance regarding health and sexuality issues, including pregnancy options and safer sexual practices
• Anonymous HIV testing (using OraQuik)
• Free Hepatitis C testing
• Paternity testing for Maine Department of Human Services
• Breast and cervical health screenings for uninsured and under-insured women, who are age 40 and over
• Information and referral

Getting Started
You can get a head start on the paperwork needed to register with ACAP Health Medical Services. Just print and complete either the Male or Female Personal and Medical Initial History form and the Informed General Consent and bring them to your first appointment.
