On June 1st the center based Early Head Start program in Houlton and Presque Isle got under way. The renovations to the two Child and Family Centers provide a great environment for children and staff.  On June 16 an official ribbon cutting ceremony was conducted at the Houlton Center.

Child and Family Centers in Presque Isle and Houlton, each provide Early Head Start services to eight children and their families. An additional 40 children and their families throughout Aroostook County will be served through home visiting staff provided in collaboration with Healthy Families of Aroostook.
