ACAP RDC can assist employers by designing an individualized resource and referral service. Our Child Care Resource Information Program can educate employees about options regarding the availability of convenient, reliable child care in their community.
Research indicates that when employees feel confident in their ability to secure the kind of child care they want for their children, employers enjoy the benefits of improved morale, reduced absenteeism, less turnover and better public relations.

ACAP RDC Goals:

  • Remove phone service limitations - it's not always easy to find time to call
  • Get more child care and parenting information to more people
  • Minimize transportation barriers
  • Work with people directly
