Connecting to Services
ACAP Navigators connect customers with to the community programs and services that they need.
Homebuyer Education Classes
ACAP offers a hoMEworks approved 8-hour homebuyer education class taught by industry professionals in an educational, non-sales oriented environment.
Child Care
ACAP provides families high quality education, childcare and developmental services to children birth to 5 years old. No income guidelines and subsidies are available.
Food Assistance
WIC provides food benefits, nutrition education and screenings to eligible pregnant and postpartum women, nursing mothers, infants and children under five.

ACAP Coaching Services are available to individuals and families. Our coaches work with clients on overcoming challenges and identify pathways to achieving their goals. Coaches work alongside individuals and families offering guidance and support along the way.
ACAP provides families with comprehensive and affordable high quality prenatal, infant, toddler, and preschool education and child development programs. Services also include family and child health and nutrition services.
We keep people warm, safe, and dry in their homes with a variety of programs that offer education or assistance in areas of heating and energy efficiency, and home purchase, repair, and assistance for people facing foreclosure or eviction.
We build a stronger, healthier community by partnering with local and statewide organizations to offer prevention services that focus on nutrition, oral health, substance use, tobacco, obesity, and youth engagement.
Career Counselors assist program eligible job seekers to find and maintain stable employment, attain post-secondary credentials to increase their earning
potential and overcome barriers to employment.
About the Program:
The North St. Teen Center is Aroostook County's first teen center and has been created by teens for teens. It is a place to study, snack, play or just hang out. The center is located at 24 North St. in Presque Isle and is available for youth aged 14-19.
